“All Inspections 4U took the time to complete my home inspection. I expected the experience to be overwhelming, but they were able to calm all of my fears. The process was smooth and the report extremely thorough. I appreciated how they explained everything they were doing, what they were looking for, and even allowed me to participate so that I really understood. I feel more confident purchasing my home. Thank you again for all of your work!”

“I’d like to thank All Inspections 4U for the great job they did inspecting our new home this Fall. Since we were purchasing from a relocation company, a home inspection from A reputable inspector was conducted prior to All Inspections 4U arrival. All Inspections 4U found a number of Items and issues not caught in the previous inspection. Their thoroughness was incredible and they took extra time and care to explain their findings and recommendations in a way both my fiancé and I could easily understand. We were very pleased with their work and will recommend their services to family and friends.”

“Thank you so much Raymond for helping me again on my house inspections. All I can say you are the best in professionalism and honesty.”

“Raymond was so thorough! He explained his inspection and findings so well. He found several things that need to be repaired or replaced, and I fully trust these recommendations. Very kind, professional and timely. Thanks Raymond!”

“Raymond inspected the house we were in the process to buy and helped us make the right decision. Very professional. Someone you can trust.”

“This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Raymond d of Inspections 4 U. The first project was a very large and involved commercial building which produced a massive 450 page very detailed report which we were very impressed with. This latest report was for a home I am renting which uncovered a multitude of issues and confirmed my suspicions of an improper remediation done by the landlord. Raymonds report was tendered within 48 hours! Including lab results!!! I have to provide the highest possible recommendation on their service and professionalism in the inspection and final work product. Don’t hesitate to use them!!!”

“Excellent job. The inspection was done on time and efficiently. Great service!”

“Excellent and timely service. Highly recommended! Wonderful experience!”

“I have bought many homes before and used many different home inspectors, until I experienced Raymond Ward. Excellent professional, very detail oriented, quick to respond, he also gave me an amazing report. I would have lost approximately $50k on the deal because I thought the roof was fine. He found many issues that helped me get a better deal buying the house. I will recommend him for sure!!!”

“I want to thank Ray for his attention to detail and patience to explain every question we had and ones we didn’t even think to ask. I was most impressed by his responsiveness and breath of experience. He was highly recommended to us and we plan to do the same! Thank you Ray for providing peace of mind.”

“I called All Inspections 4U in an emergency after a previous inspector provided a questionable report for a new home I was considering purchasing. Raymond conducted a stellar inspection, identifying multiple issues from health hazards to construction which was not done to code. Thanks to Raymond, I am not moving into a house with health hazards. I am beyond grateful for your professionalism and diligence in conducting my home inspection. Thank you!”

“Raymond came to my eldely mother’s home. He truly went the extra mile with his service. He not only rearranged his weekend schedule, but also took the time to answer all her questions. “We used Raymond for our first property and he was thorough, honest, and got us the report fast. His inspection really saved us from making a mistake buying that property. We had NO question in mind that we would use him for the next inspection period. He made time for us very quickly and of course did another amazing job!! Highly recommend Raymond and All Inspections 4U!”

“All Inspections 4U inspected two properties for us. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The problems that they found in the first property helped us walk away from a bad deal. We were so extremely thankful that they were extremely thorough and saved us tons of money, that we asked them to do another inspection for us; this time with better results. Both times, they were at the site before we did and explained the process in such detail. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest are the qualities that make All inspections 4U such a great inspection company.”
